Charlene’s Angels has been awarded a 3 year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, an external organization that acts as the accrediting body for our industry. This accreditation involves a thorough evaluation of the services offered by Charlene’s Angels, including assessments of our programs, interviews with clients and staff, and adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. The purpose of this process is to confirm our compliance with industry standards and best practices, ultimately aiming to enhance the quality of care and service provided.
In May 2024, Charlene’s Angels underwent a Quality On-Site Review conducted by The Bureau of Disabilities Services. The evaluation included interviews with clients, guardians, parents, Direct Support Workers, and staff members of Charlene’s Angels to ensure accreditation standards were met.
