Cultural Diversity And Inclusion

Cultural diversity is important because our country, workplaces, and schools increasingly consists of various cultural, racial and ethnic groups. 

Learning about other cultures and being respectful of them helps us understand different perspectives within the world in which we live and helps dispel negative stereotypes and personal biases about different groups. 

All the staff at Charlene’s Angels undergo thorough training on cultural diversity and inclusion. Diversity is the one true thing we have in common. Celebrate it every day!

staff training

At Charlene's Angels, employees receive training regarding our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. They receive training on the individuals they serve. Our staff are all CPR and First Aid certified and are required to keep these certifications current. We go through rigorous training in order to best serve our clients. We follow the standards of CARF and BDS.
